Return and exchange rules
A 14-day return policy applies to goods purchased in the online store from the day they are received.
The returned product must not be defective, nor should it have any signs of use, be complete, in the original packaging. Upon return you must include the original invoice.

When returning the goods, money is returned to the user of the service quickly, but no later than within 14 days from the date of return of the goods. Postage will not be refunded.
Money will be transferred to the same account from which it was received by the service provider.
After 14 days from the date you received Candle Making Equipment and Wax Hands Equipment, a 1 year warranty is valid. In the event of any malfunction or breakdown, we will send spare parts for free. In the case of a complete replacement of goods with a new one, the buyer pays only for the delivery of a new product.
All goods that are made by special order are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The buyer agrees to bear all the costs of returning the goods, except when the returned goods do not match the order of the user of the service (right of exchange).
In those cases when, after the product has been returned, it turns out that it has been damaged or was in use, the money is not returned to the buyer
